I found Roger with a web search because I wasn't happy with my previous provider. I don't have an especially large place to clean but I'm training a puppy and I want a good job, of course. I also need the extra help with getting some spots out here and there. Dynamic is even more courteous and thoughtful than I would request them to be. He does excellent work whether it's carpets, tiles, or furniture. He's always on time and is a man of his word. I will not use any other company in our 78 condos.

He is way better than Stanley Steamer and more cost affordable. 

My biggest concerns were getting some serious spots out and fear the carpet would get too wet leaving it to get mildewed. Roger tackled both issues like it was magic. Stains are gone! I am amazed. And the carpet was the right amount of moisture. Roger is a true pro! He will even come back to fix any spot that needs to be re-worked. He is a solid citizen.

I highly recommend it.

Additionally, he cleans inside of cars, boats or anything with fabric. He can clean it!

Our carpets had stains on them when we bought our house 3 years ago. We tried a DIY carpet cleaner with not much change but regardless we still moved in....and used and abused these carpets for the next 3 years. lol. Well, we're selling our house now & the carpets don't look terrible but once beds were moved, the high traffic areas are pretty obvious.

I told them it was not necessary to move furniture but they went ahead and moved the couch and table just to make sure everything was clean. I would highly recommend them. Also, the carpet was not soaking wet when they were done because they went over it twice (not something many other companies would do).

I would highly recommend him because he is a true professional.

Roger from Dynamic Steam Carpet Cleaners not only answered my questions, but was polite, efficient, and fit my perfectionist needs.

I had no huge spots like on late-night TV - but he made the carpet look and feel like new again.

Just call him - pay him - and let an expert do it the right way without tons of gimmicky add ons and up-sales. I'm glad I did.
